About
Sean Kaellner is a Junior at Indiana University, studying creative writing and Arabic. He is a recipient of a National Gold Award in Poetry and an American Voice Award in Short Story in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. His home base is Indianapolis, Indiana, but lives in Bloomington, IN during the school year. He hopes to study abroad in Morocco next spring. His major literary influences are Jose Saramago, Jonathan Safran Foer, Salman Rushdie, and tons of others (yes, he measures authors in tons). His other influences are his family, friends, Tina Fey, and M Ward. He likes lemurs and samosas, but who doesn’t?
